HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER IN OUR E-SHOP 1. The list of ordered goods should be sent to shop@nora.cz. 2. Please specify the catalogue number (e.g. S002 or CD01), name and quantity for each ordered item. In case you order t-shirts, specify also the requested size (i.e. XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL). 3. Don't forget to add your name, postal address and a telephone contact. 4. A postage will be added to the overall price of ordered goods. We will inform you about the final price to be paid in an e-mail. You confirm the price and inform us about your preffered payment method. We send you the payment details and you pay the amount. After we receive it, we immediately post all goods. 5. The accepted methods of payment are PayPal or Bank transfer. 6. In case of any problems with your order please contact Iva on shop@nora.cz. |
